We offer 1 time, monthly & annual IT Security Audits. These audits help find holes in the network that can be service impacting and also provide clients with information on how they use their devices and networks. Reports of the Audits are provided to the client and help guide them in order of importance to invest resources.
Commercial & Residential IT
4CC provides support for numerous digital devices both for residential and enterprise clients. Items include: PC Support, Network Support, Wireless Design & Installation, Camera Installation, TV Installation. If managed services are not a good solution for you, we offer services at an hourly rate.
Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Cleanup of existing cabling closets, by re-running cables, properly labeling connection points, mapping closet layout and cabling. Documenting hardware and devices, room layout and relevant information for clients files. Keeping a clean and organized IT closet, such as proper power and air flow, can extend the life of your equipment and your data. 4CC can come in and clean up your data closet so it is easy to identify your connections and documentation for your records.
